Hyphen Connect is hiring a Compliance Manager for one of our crypto exchange clients. This role will focus on licensing strategy, regulatory engagement, and compliance implementation across global jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead license applications, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in major global jurisdictions.
• Develop and execute from‑scratch license strategy and rollout projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, including submission of materials and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor regulatory policies and provide compliance advice and risk alerts to the business.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, risk, product, and other teams to drive compliance implementation.
