Compliance Manager

Suanfarma is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the execution and operational coordination of its Compliance Program. The Compliance Manager will report directly to the Legal & Compliance Director, with a dotted reporting line to the Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC).

This is a strategic and hands‑on role focused on ensuring program execution, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize and monitor the Suanfarma Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with Company’s priorities and ACC guidance.
• Lead the improvement of foundational compliance policies globally, ensuring harmonization across geographies and integration with local frameworks.
