Job Description
Our client, an independent active global asset manager with over USD 100 billion in assets, is seeking a Compliance Manager (AVP or VP level) to join its APAC team to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Keeping track of regulatory updates and supporting the Singapore Compliance function to perform assessment and assist with implementation of any new/revised regulations.
Keeping track of and ensuring timely submission of all regulatory/governmental filings and submissions including MAS/Singapore governmental surveys and questionnaires.
Managing licensing requirements for individuals including assessing the relevant needs to obtain a license, managing the license application/notification, sending reminders to representatives.
Managing regulatory filing/notification obligations with respect to funds registered in Singapore as restricted schemes.
Supporting the Singapore Compliance function in undertaking any required risk assessment and compliance monitoring.
