Compliance Manager

**Position Overview**

The Japan Compliance Manager plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing Stryker Japan’s Compliance Program. Reporting to the Japan Compliance Officer, this role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and strengthening compliance controls, ensuring alignment with global compliance standards, and serving as a trusted partner to business stakeholders. The role requires strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a highly regulated environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Implement and continuously enhance Stryker compliance program in alignment with global and regional standards.
+ Support risk assessments, monitoring activities, and internal investigations.
+ Provide compliance guidance to commercial and functional teams, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
+ Lead training programs, communications, and awareness initiatives related to compliance.
