Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and submission of BIR forms, tax returns, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee compliance with Philippine tax laws, VAT, EWT, percentage tax, and related obligations.
• Lead finance audit compliance, including addressing findings and implementing CAPA resolutions.
• Develop and enforce tax compliance policies, internal controls, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with BIR, LGUs, and other agencies for audits, inquiries, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide tax compliance guidance, updates, and training to management and staff.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy, Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in BIR and tax compliance
• Strong background in audit resolution and CAPA implementation
