Compliance Officer

• Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary contact between company and regulatory bodies, facilitating inspection and audits.
• Communicate effectively with management and relevant stakeholders regarding regulatory changes and compliance issues.
• Handles initial/renewal/variation registration of License to Operate (LTO).
• Labeling and Documentation: Ensure product labels comply with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate safety data sheets (SDS) and other required documents.
• Ingredient and Product Safety: Verify that ingredients are allowed in target markets and meet safety standards.
• Audits: Conduct internal audits to identify risk or violations and assess overall compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years practical experience in cosmetic manufacturing establishment
• Licensed Pharmacist
