Job Description
- Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary contact between company and regulatory bodies, facilitating inspection and audits.
- Communicate effectively with management and relevant stakeholders regarding regulatory changes and compliance issues.
- Handles initial/renewal/variation registration of License to Operate (LTO).
- Labeling and Documentation: Ensure product labels comply with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate safety data sheets (SDS) and other required documents.
- Ingredient and Product Safety: Verify that ingredients are allowed in target markets and meet safety standards.
- Audits: Conduct internal audits to identify risk or violations and assess overall compliance.
