About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Officer with a strong foundation and proven experience in manufacturing operations. This roles ensures that all processes, products, and documentation meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU GMP, PIC/S).
· Review and approve manufacturing documentation including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
· Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections by regulatory bodies.
· Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and R&D teams to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
· Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
· Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.
