Compliance Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to employees on compliance matters. The Compliance Officer will also monitor and audit company activities to ensure compliance, investigate and report any breaches, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies. By promoting a culture of ethics and integrity, the Compliance Officer plays a crucial role in mitigating compliance risks and safeguarding the organization’s reputation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are preferred.
