Compliance Officer

For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their team.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct account activity reviews and perform in-depth compliance analyses
• Support advisory and monitoring activities across the bank’s operations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Contribute to risk assessments and reporting duties

Your profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Compliance within the Swiss financial sector
• CAS in Compliance or equivalent is a strong asset
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss regulations and compliance frameworks
• Fluent in French and English
• Swiss residency required
