Compliance Officer - IGaming

About the role

The Compliance Officer ensures that the company adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements, focusing on compliance with anti‑money laundering (AML) and counter‑financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations, as well as maintaining the company’s licenses in relevant jurisdictions. This role involves drafting internal compliance policies, conducting due diligence, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners. The Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management, with specific attention to regulations and iGaming industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding Due Diligence : Conduct and gather due diligence for new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), Sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) checks, and Adverse Media checks. Perform ongoing due diligence for existing clients.
