Compliance Officer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to manage the end-to-end onboarding and ongoing compliance of locum and travel healthcare professionals across the US.
This role is critical to ensuring that all clinicians are fully vetted, credentialed, and compliant before placement, and remain compliant throughout their assignments.
You will work closely with recruiters, credentialing partners, and clients to ensure speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Credentialing
Manage full compliance onboarding for locum and travel clinicians (nurses, allied health, physicians as applicable)
Verify and maintain all required documentation, including:
Licenses (state-specific)
Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.)
Education and professional references
Work history and employment eligibility
Ensure all clinicians meet client, state, and federal requirements prior to start...
