3 Ability to analyze complex regulations and data to identify compliance risks and develop solutions.

4 Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining compliance requirements to employees and management.

5 Ability to address and resolve compliance issues effectively and efficiently.

6 Capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and handle complex compliance projects.
