Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
The Compliance Officer ensures that SLG operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role focuses on risk mitigation, regulatory adherence, and promoting ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
Identify, investigate, and report compliance issues.
Coordinate with departments to ensure regulatory adherence.
Maintain compliance records and reports.
Provide compliance awareness and training to staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of compliance or audit experience (logistics preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
