The Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that all Healthcare Professionals (specifically Nurses) meet internal and external compliance standards prior to placement at client facilities.
This role is ideally suited to an HR graduate (BTech HR / BCom HR), with or without 1 year of experience, who has a strong interest in HR administration, employee lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and personnel file management.
The Compliance Officer serves as the central point of coordination between candidates, Medical Consultants, Payroll, and Clients to ensure accurate onboarding, document control, and adherence to legislative and organizational requirements.
