We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team at QL Figo (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai, Johor. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our company in driving the compliance with regulatory requirements, standard and internal policies procedure as well as facilities initiatives to mitigate risk of non‑compliance.
What you’ll be doing
Driving company's compliance with the relevant standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies/procedures.
Provide top‑down support, work with Compliance owners of various compliance areas to achieve compliance objectives.
Provide advisory to Management with regards to emerging up‑to‑date regulatory requirements, legal and contractual matters.
Control assessment checklist for compliance audit and ensure to fulfill HQ requirement.
Undertake internal compliance audits, special examination and investigation assigned by HQ.
