Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team at QL Figo (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our company in driving the compliance with regulatory requirements, standard and internal policies procedure as well as facilities initiatives to mitigate risk of non-compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Driving company's compliance with the relevant standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies/procedures.
• Provide top-down support, work with Compliance owners of various compliance areas to achieve   compliance objectives.
• Provide advisory to Management with regards to emerging up-to-date regulatory requirements, legal and contractual matters.
• Control assessment checklist for compliance audit and ensure to fulfill HQ requirement.
• Undertake internal compliance audits, special examination and investigation assigned by HQ.
