Job Summary:

The Compliance Officer supports the development, implementation and ongoing execution of the Company's compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks in accordance with applicable Labuan laws and regulatory requirements.

The role serves as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and overseeing the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of money laundering, terrorism financing, and other compliance risks, in alignment with the Company's policies, procedures, and risk appetite.

The role also provides regulatory oversight and advisory support for products, services, and system enhancements to maintain regulatory alignment and support sound business practices.
