- Oversee and continuously improve the risk management model, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry requirements.
- Establish, formalize, and elevate corporate governance processes, policies, and decision‑making structures.
- Lead the organization's ethics and integrity program, including the whistleblowing channel and internal investigations.
- Prepare and present executive‑level compliance and risk reports for the CEO and Board.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies (anticorruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, internal controls, etc.).
