Compliance Officer - Oversight Team - Luxembourg

As a Compliance Officer, your responsibilities are:

• Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization.


• Prepare the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan.


• Participate to the performance of planned controls.


• Contribute the periodic reporting.


• Provide Compliance advise and guidance.


• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.


• Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.


• Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to enhance compliance frameworks.


• Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory authorities in Luxembourg.

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

• A Master degree in Law, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
