Key Responsibilities:

Certification-to-Role Mapping

• Map employee certifications to the corresponding job titles.
• Ensure certifications meet the competency requirements for each role.
• Identify expired, missing, or non-compliant certifications and escalate for action.
• Maintain accurate records of all certifications in line with compliance standards.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

• Analyse gaps in employee certifications and feed into the TNA.
• Ensure the TNA captures mandatory refresher training, licence renewals, and upskilling requirements.
• Collaborate with managers to review and approve training plans.
• Track completion of training programs and monitor compliance.

Onboarding & Documentation Management

• Verify and match all employee onboarding documentation.
• Follow up on missing documentation to ensure completeness.
