Position: Compliance Officer

Scope of Role:

Responsible for managing all BIR tax filing and compliance requirements, and handling all BIR Registrations, renewals, and regulatory documents needed for company and branch operations. Ensures timely processing, no penalties, and full alignment with national and local government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

BIR / TAX Compliance

• Prepare, file, and upload all relevant BIR Forms (e.g., 2550M/Q, 1601C, 2307, 1701, 1702Q, 0619E/F, 2316, etc.)
• Ensure accurate and timely eFPS/eBIR uploads and payments
• Reconcile 2307s and coordinate with clients or third parties for collection
• Assist during BIR audits and Letter of Authority (LOA) responses
• Maintain updated BIR folders and compliance logs per entity

Internal Reporting

• Submit monthly status report on all tax and regulatory filings
