We're looking for a senior Compliance professional ready to take full ownership of Compliance for our Santiago office and play a key role in a global financial services organization.
This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role where you'll work closely with regulators, senior management, and global teams to ensure a strong, business-driven compliance framework that supports growth.
What you'll do:
Lead and oversee the local Compliance function in line with Chilean regulations and Amicorp's global standards
Act as the main point of contact with regulators, managing audits and regulatory filings
Oversee AML/CFT, KYC, onboarding, and risk monitoring activities
Partner with senior stakeholders on regulatory developments, risk mitigation, and complex transactions
Support business strategy by ensuring compliance enables — not blocks — growth.
