Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all applicable Free Zone regulations, laws, and internal policies. The role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, advising management on compliance matters, and liaising with relevant authorities.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable laws.
• Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions.
• Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
• Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management and regulators when required.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Free Zone authorities
