Compliance Officer

Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance policies on anti‑bribery and corruption, and anti‑trust compliance.
Monitor global and domestic regulatory developments and recommend appropriate policy updates.
Oversee the organisation's whistle‑blowing framework, including reporting channels, case management, and confidentiality protocols.
Lead internal investigations in collaboration with relevant divisions (e.g. HR), and present findings to senior management and audit committees.
Act as the organisation's Data Protection Officer (DPO), serving as custodian of data privacy policies and incident reporting.
Develop and maintain personal data protection policies and frameworks in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Support data privacy impact assessments, consent management processes, and incident response planning.
Drive ongoing initiatives to enhance organisational awareness and promote compliance‑driven practices.
