Compliance Operations Analyst

About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Operations Analyst to join our Security & Compliance team and own the management of customer onboarding questionnaires and compliance documentation. In this role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between our customers and sales team, ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses to security assessments, vendor questionnaires, and compliance inquiries.
As Arize continues to grow and serve enterprise customers across industries, this role is essential to maintaining trust, accelerating sales cycles, and demonstrating our commitment to security and compliance excellence.
What You'll Do
Customer Questionnaire Management (Primary Focus)
Manage and respond to customer questionnaires, RFP/RFIs, vendor assessments, and compliance requests
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer security and compliance questionnaires
