Role Overview

The Compliance Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer accounts remain compliant, accurate, and operationally sound throughout the lien and auction lifecycle. This is an audit-style, operational compliance role embedded in a SaaS environment. You will monitor workflows, validate data integrity, conduct regulatory compliance checks, and resolve issues to protect both customer outcomes and platform reliability.

This role combines compliance, operational controls, and account oversight, with hands‑on interaction with customers, internal teams, and the platform itself.
