Compliance Partner, Workplaces and Members

About the role

As a Compliance Partner – Workplaces and Members at Australian Retirement Trust, you will act as a trusted advisor to Line 1 Workplaces and Members teams, which encompass Member Strategy & Performance, Brand, Marketing & Communications, Advice, Commercial Growth, and Relationships & Platforms—areas central to how ART engages with members and employers across their end‑to‑end journeys. You will support these teams to meet compliance obligations in a practical, commercially aware way with a strong focus on member and employer outcomes.

Working closely with frontline and business leaders, you will translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance embedded across member journeys, employer interactions, and workplace services. You will proactively identify and manage compliance risks, uplift compliance capability and culture, and support effective decision‑making where it matters most.
