Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Product Advisory Lead to act as the bridge between Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams within a global crypto exchange. This role is responsible for embedding regulatory and compliance requirements directly into product design, ensuring that all new and existing products are compliant, scalable, and aligned with global regulatory expectations.

You will play a key role in shaping product decisions from a compliance perspective, enabling innovation while ensuring strong regulatory governance across all markets.
