Compliance Specialist

Main Responsibilities


Assist the Local Compliance Officer (LCO) on ensuring that all new staffs obtain the required training both online and other training in person, including follow up the staffs to complete the online training as stated in the laggard report.
+ Research and monitoring any new regulations, provides guidance updates relates to insurance industry in Thailand such as Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
+ Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with the AIG's compliance policies and procedures, including the regulatory compliance.
+ Advise business on compliance-related matters in day-to-day operations.
+ Support and co-ordinate in preparing compliance reports, and documentation for both internal and external audits, including filing the report to the regulators upon their request.
