Job Description

Join Pinchin as a Compliance Specialist, working remotely or in Atlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba. This full-time role focuses on vendor/client onboarding and security clearance support.

As a Compliance Specialist in the Finance & Administration team, you will efficiently handle vendor and client requests. You will play a key role in maintaining security clearances and ensuring all documentation meets established criteria. A successful candidate has at least five years of administrative experience and is adept at using various software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor onboarding submissions and evaluations
• Maintain accurate vendor records in Vision
• Liaise with Accounts Payable and other departments
• Respond to client requests quickly and professionally
• Analyze insurance requirements for client projects
