What you will bring
Requirements:
Compliance background with experience in Ethics & Compliance field across multiple geographies. Ideally 4+ years in compliance, legal, or risk management roles with a focus on whistleblowing or complex internal investigations.
Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and standards of multiple jurisdictions, including whistleblowing, data privacy and employment law
Effective application of knowledge and compliance experience to manage complex problems through applying theoretical concepts in practical situations.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented with excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills; ability to influence and educate across all levels.
Regulatory intelligence - Ability to stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices in whistleblowing, data privacy and employment law
