Compliance Specialist II - Ethics Hotline (Colombia)

Purpose

As a member of Worley’s general Compliance team, you will promote and manage the Speak Up programme focusing on the Ethics hotline cases and produce Management Information Reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the triage of reports received by the Speak Up team
• Lodge reports on behalf of Reporters in the confidential case management system
• Assist with updating and maintaining the cases in the confidential case management system
• Liaise with investigators to follow up on actions
• Liaise with Reporters of concerns
• Assist with the production of management information reports
• Monitor and answer queries that come through the Speak Up mailboxes
• Assist with monitoring and tracking that all remedial actions are completed
• Deal with ad‑hoc administrative requests from investigators regarding assigned cases
• Assist with the promotion and awareness of the Speak Up programme
