Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the Genfinity's legal and regulatory compliance requirements by ensuring adherence to Philippines applicable laws, rules, and government regulations. This role manages compliance filings, regulatory submissions, documentation, and coordination with government agencies. The position requires strong legal documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple compliance-related deliverables in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements of government agencies (SEC, DOLE, PEZA, BOI, BIR, DOH, NLRC, BOC, LGUs).

Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and government issuances, and provide updates or summaries as needed.

Prepare, file, and track regulatory reports, certifications, permits, licenses, and renewals.
