Compliance Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze new or amended laws, rules, and regulations in the Philippines that affect YMPH business operations including such as but not limited to, regulations from government bodies like SEC, PEZA, BIR, Board of Investments (BOI), and other relevant agencies.
• Internal Compliance Oversight: Reviews and audits internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure they align with Philippine laws and the parent company's global compliance standards. Be the expert who can flag potential discrepancies.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifies potential compliance risks within the company's processes and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them including development / implementation of a robust risk management framework.
