:Responsabilities:
Control and management of system Annex 24 and Annex 30.
Support and coordinate program requirements of C-TPAT, OEA.
Ensures Compliance IMMEX / PROSEC / VAT Certificate /Rule 8TH.
Responsible for prepare and request the necessary permits to ensure operation and compliance. (Rule 8th, FTA certificate, Renewals, B10, Automatic notices etc.)
Control of the documentation of any process related to IMMEX operations.
Import-Export Record-Keeping Compliance.
Support in the administration of Fixed Assets.
Assists in Scrap process and Change of Regime.
Validate HTS classifications.
Provide guidance and training to team members by answering questions on any specific work-related issues.
Monthly reports, risk analysis and corrections plan and establish measurable objectives and KPI's.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
