Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially those issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and other relevant authorities
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings in a timely and accurate manner
• Support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles within the organization
• Liaise with regulators, including Asosiasi Perusahaan Pembiayaan Indonesia (APPI), and manage regulatory communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Legal and/or Compliance, preferably in multifinance, banking, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, especially those issued by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)
• Familiar with regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring, and audit processes
