Compliance Staff

A Compliance Staff isto ensure all staff and contractor/subcontractor employees hold the appropriate certifications and competencies required for their designated job titles, in alignment with Australian regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organisational policies.

The team will be responsible for mapping employee certifications to the appropriate job titles and corresponding Training Needs Analysis (TNA) requirements.

This process will ensure that:

• Certifications are aligned with the competency requirements of each job title.
• Any identified gaps are reflected in the employee's TNA.
• Mandatory and role-specific training requirements are properly tracked.
• Onboarding – Matching all docs and follow up of miss docs.
• Mobiles onboarding and contract management.
• KPI - 100% Compliance of all subscontractors.
