Compliance Staff

Job Description :
Preparing important reports and earning statements, by gathering and documenting data and reviewing reports for regulatory compliance;
Supporting Compliance Manager to ensure that the company is compliant and successfully passes audit. Should any non-compliance issues surface, this position also assesses and resolves the issue;
Developing and keep the control systems on the track to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies;
Make sure the efficiency of controls and improve process;
Supporting Compliance Manager to making procedures, reports etc periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;
Maintaining relationship with OJK. Requirements : Minimum Bachelor Degree major in Accounting or Finance or any major from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience with a combination of professional working experience
