Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
Properly onboard and offboard third-party business permit processing providers
Monitor the performance of third-party business permit processing providers
Track and monitor the progress and status of ongoing government permits being processed
Manage the processes of the Expansion team when dealing with lessors, sub-lessors, and partners with respect to permit providers
Plan and manage new projects and initiatives to increase efficiency in securing permits, aligning with partners, and monitoring provider performance
Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners and providers
