Responsibilities

• Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Properly onboard and offboard third-party business permit processing providers
• Monitor the performance of third-party business permit processing providers
• Track and monitor the progress and status of ongoing government permits being processed
• Manage the processes of the Expansion team when dealing with lessors, sub-lessors, and partners with respect to permit providers
• Plan and manage new projects and initiatives to increase efficiency in securing permits, aligning with partners, and monitoring provider performance
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners and providers
