Job Description
- Serve as the internal expert on environmental (ROHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, TSCA, PFAS, PVC, etc) regulation.
- Interpret environmental regulations to support and provide solution for compliance needs.
- Generate product environmental compliance documentation (industry reporting template, declaration, certification or etc).
- Collect, review, and analyse product compliance data.
- Continuously monitor global environmental changes and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Give advice on industry-specific compliance needs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support and training for internal teams regarding the regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update internal processes, policies, and procedures.
- Performs any statutory, regulatory, environmental or HAZMAT scrubs on Bill of Materials (BOM) or its related.
