Component Inspector

Essential Job Duties

• Sort, repair, test and hands-on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, network equipment, computers and spare parts
• Configure products to customer specifications
• Generate discrepancy reports
• Provide customer technical support
• Interface with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales to troubleshoot and resolve any customer’s technical issues
• Address any inventory spec issues and provide updates to Supply Chain, Inventory Control and Management
• Assist Operations team and other departments as needed
• Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas
• Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety and environmental processes and policies
