Components Manager

Supervise and oversee production, engineering and maintenance activities to ensure production efficiency & safety and meeting internal/external requirements within corporate policies and the direction from Plant Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good written and oral English communication skills;
• Minimum of 10 years shopfloor management experience in Molding/Stamping/Plating/ Tool room operations from electronics, semiconductor or automotive industry
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
• Solid Lean/6 Sigma knowledge and project experience
• Familiar with quality system and tools
• Experience in operator training and development
