Allient Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a Composite Design Engineer to join our team in London, Ontario! The successful candidate will be a design engineer working with composite technology, design and applications. They will be able to lead customer projects from concept to customer by interpreting customer requirements and providing creative and state of the art concept solutions to meet program deliverables in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Generate creative, innovative technical solutions to challenging problems by employing advanced composite materials
Coordinate testing of materials, components, and assemblies to evaluate engineering properties and conformance to operational requirements.
Proactively work with management group to improve existing processes and operations by introducing new technology to improve current processes.
