Responsibilities

· Ensure raw materials & consumables are stored in correct manner.

· Ensure moulds are built according to dwg & on-time.

· Lamination of all types (RTM, Infusion, wet lam, consolidation, close mould, etc.).

· Raw product trimming.

· Record keeping & communication - following built in quality control measures.

· Laminate drawing schedule proficiency.

· Resin system proficiency.

· Hand tool proficiency.

· Power tool proficiency - table saw, jig saw, grinder etc.

· Equipment maintenance.

· Ensure correct lamination dwg and coherence to product.

· Ensure correct laminate schedule is applied and recorded.

· Ensure clean de-mould and control checks are carried out; (thickness, voids, weight).

· Ensure correct labelling and serial number allocation to product....
