JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Installs software and set-up hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs and other tools commonly used by a company's team members.
• Provides mentoring on technical issues, processes, and procedures to end users and the customers.
• Repairs and maintains personal computers like desktops, laptops and other technological equipment.
• Perform regular updates and ensure privacy and data protection.
• Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology as necessary.
• Stay abreast of current trends and technology and make recommendations that will help the company keep up with technological standards in the industry.
• Manage and implement security solutions. Ensure that all in/outgoing products bear accurate company warranty stickers.
