Requirements: Job Specific Training A Minimum of 2-3 years working in a technical or technician role involving MS Servers and/or software repair and troubleshooting. A minimum of 1 year working with Cisco routers and switches using Cisco CLl. Certification or training in Microsoft's MCP, MCDST, MCAS, MCAP or Cisco's CCENT or CCNA preferred.
