Job Description

  • Provide technical support: Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues related to printing equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and plotters.
  • Maintain computer systems: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as installing software updates, backing up data, and ensuring network connectivity.
  • Assist with printing operations: Provide technical support to printing staff on operating printing equipment and software, and assist with troubleshooting printing-related issues.
  • Strong technical skills: Possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
