Computer Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other electronic devices.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, components, and peripheral devices.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in computer repair, with a strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and the ability to work with both Windows and Mac OS platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers clearly.
